Life and death, fear and trauma, client’s going through their challenges with money and loss… I thought about it all today. Suddenly so many people are being tested – life and as we know is a boiling pot of unexpected events, both good and bad.
Wandering through my ideas of The Shift this morning, I “know” the importance of rating love more highly. We need to give it more value than money so we can lift one another. But we must first make the choice to love ourselves.
Thinking about Santa Claus, the “naughty or nice guru”, loading his sleigh right around the calendar corner, or the old paradigm Gods – it is hard to love the self and hard to just get gifts because you are… you are BEING… you are a HUMAN BEING… a human experience that challenges whoever you are to express true spirit. We just aren’t trained to love ourselves, are we?
And I think about love. What is love? How do each of us express love? Is it really through a panicky shop for gifts that may be scorned by the recipient? …gifts that often represent duty and fear of not being enough?
We have shifts of our own. It is the humungous loss and challenge which is deepening and transforming who you are and what you value. You are not alone, the world is experiencing the same thing as the revelations continue through Scrooge, the deceptions, the conscriptions to buy buy buy cheaper cheaper cheaper… – value is rapidly sliding down hill.
I wonder how things would be if we marketed love, self-love, care for one another, and forgiveness with the same vigor as our violent television shows and video games. I wonder what it would be like if we weren’t so afraid to really love each other. We are so afraid of attachment, and loss, and the thought of not being able to keep up with the undercurrent’s checks (both kinds) and balances.
TV, movies, video games etc., etches our kids’ brains with efficient ways to kill, to be watchers, and to strategize. What if they taught love and the qualities of win-win? Like the improv expansion tools that teach our children that they can be empowered by empowering themselves. Let’s show concern for that message and teach our collective consciousness what Tiny Tim says in A Christmas Carol, “Bless us all, everyone!”
I was listening to NPR today as I cogitated love and the SHIFT while asking my guides if we could reach for this clarity of love. There was a piece on Leonard Cohen, his song Halleluiah was sung by such a broad spectrum of performers all with their own unique interpretations. The lyrics were discussed, references to the word being the music of time (i.e. Made flesh?) and how the human experience in all its foibles is divine. Then there were short bits of Suzanne, A Bird on a Wire, That’s No Way To say Goodbye, and so many more of his chant like poetic gifts. Listening I wept and wept. Knowing that we are all love, the surges of loving feelings moved me. Wouldn’t it help to better share and value our experiences?

Peace and Joy,
Boing! Awake again in the middle of the night… its 3 AM as I write this!
As the frequencies vibrate through our species experiences such as this are becoming more and more common. I see it in my clients, in my friends, and in myself. Amidst the gifts of all the consciousness purveyors and our rapport with Guidance, one of the greatest tools I have encountered is the gift of the Oneness Blessings.
Our human brains are aligned with a major shift. My experience with the Oneness deeksha is that it gets us in step with all the amazing potentials of reprogramming our relentless and limiting consciousness. My intention is to continually clear more and more of the reactions and beliefs happening in that mighty computer called my brain. You know, I’m talking about the reactions and beliefs that design our realities with thought!
So here I am in the middle of the night, awake… not the kind of awake I want that would release me from thought and struggle. Instead, I’m just awake… neither sleeping nor floating within the comforting dimensional realms that a good night’s slumber can bring.
This particular night was very uncomfortable. Feelings of ways I have been and memories of the things I have done wrong in the past were so intense that they appeared as dark blobs inside of me, their anguishing content pulsing shame and grief. I entered it, writhed a bit, sat up and called in the Divine to take it… a familiar process for me.
I popped, and I mean POPPED. The memory grit disappeared. You know that wonderful infinite space inside of us we can experience during meditation? Well, this was much bigger than that. The kernel of self was a light spark of gold and fuchsia red. It radiated through me and beyond… I mean WAY out there. And I felt wonder. The wonder of simply being – the absolute amazing magic and joy of simply being.
I still didn’t sleep much but I lay upon my bed in gratitude, thanking that wonder, vibrating for hours. I felt great the entire next day.
Join me as I chat with Sheri Greenstreet, a Oneness Trainer from Colorado. Oh, the delight of this woman… She has a feisty dedication to the shift awakening and a tremendous ability to talk about it in such a way that inspires us all! Sheri’s light is a gift that will help you awaken.

Spirals of vibrations are constantly whirring through our souls, our cells, and our cell phones. Changing times induce time releasing change, and we have all noticed, I’m sure, that time is moving differently than before – traveling much much faster. So much is happening in every moment and again, change is everywhere. Our brains, genetically wired to be controlled and afraid, are now releasing old programs opening our inner selves to the new possibilities. The possibilities of understanding one another, of attuning to folks and life all over the world, of being able to extricate ourselves from the training that dominates our systems of politics, religion, the economic grid, gmo’d reality, and the media constructed ideas on our appearance, safety, and so on.
Cells and change – I often chuckle at the synchronicities of all the cell/DNA research and all the inherent health possibilities. As the proliferation and research of cell phones and fuel cells, and even groups like Al Quaida community cells race through our consciousness, we literally become connected to the awakening within the collective.
Apparently, and I didn’t know this until I met Dr. Julia Assante author of The Last Frontier: Exploring the Afterlife and Transforming Our Fear of Death, the same communication foundations that apply to the telephone and Edison, and the magically infinite properties of free energy from Tesla can also be used in connecting folks with what is in store for us on the other side of life’s ultimate barrier.
So today I am musing again about the internet, cell phones, the mysteries of instantaneous connection round the world, and how all these things can combine to be the training wheels to Oneness. 7 billion sparks of one higher mind? We could truly shift to being able to know love and empower ourselves on a mass level. And does that shift include many “on the other side” with the masses of folks currently living in this mundane reality known as the third dimension?
Many of us experience tremendous connections with people who have died. It has made a huge difference in my family and the families of my clients when our connectins to the after life unlock old lineage cellular/DNA patterns through explanation, apologies, and messages of love and knowing.
Meet the wittily serious Polly Campbell, the author of Imperfect Spirituality: Extraordinary Enlightenment for Ordinary People. Polly has transcended huge obstacles in her life and she shares with us the pithy tools for unlocking our hidden beliefs and the systems that control them. You CAN change, and quickly too… in Polly style!

Our Paradigm Shifter this week is Dr. Julia Assante – scholar, author, intuitive medium, and death expert. She holds dying to simply be a portal to new amazing realities. Her latest book, The Last Frontier: Exploring the Afterlife and Transforming Our Fear of Death, truly expanded my visions and played into my own personal fascination with the great beyond. You will love her!

As both an older person and an intuitive who experiences many visitations from beings on “the other side”, I am fascinated by the art of dying and the process of transitioning away from this realm. Recently I had the opportunity to sit down with Julia Assante, Phd, a scholar, intuitive, and author whose recent book The Last Frontier: Exploring the Afterlife and Transforming Our Fear of Death organizes her research on death as a portal to life beyond and examines our transitions through that portal. Her vast viewpoints on our experiences here on the planet Earth as they relate to our souls and oversouls were energetically liberating for me.
Whether or not you believe in reincarnation, or heaven and hell, or the hell of your mind, thoughts of passing away can leave you roasting on the spit of your own beliefs and reactions…oh dear! But it sure does give us reasons to unravel the reactions that will eventually permit smooth sailing once we do finally make that inevitable journey.
I love the different perspectives that are presented through movies. Take the film Cloud Atlas for example. It is a wondrous story that interweaves the lives of 5 or 6 people, all who meet under different guises and various expressions of self-empowerment and victimization. An amazing interplay that is also a bit threatening to our illusion of wisdom gathering as it takes the characters through recurring cycles of domination and control. Then there is the movie Little Buddha, an older movie from ‘93 about the search for the reincarnated version of the Lama Dorji conducted by his students who have transitioned into the role of teachers. The answer manifests in three children, a young boy in Seattle, a girl in India, and wee boy in Mongolia. And let’s not forget about the much loved Groundhog Day and its hilarious depiction of the nightmare parable of waking up on the same day over and over again until your rough edges are all chipped away and you become a newly refined human being.
Reading the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying I am fascinated by many of the little vignettes in this tome of tombs about Tibetan lamas known as Rinpoches who while in mediation were conscious enough to release themselves from programs deeply embedded in their subconscious. Some of them left this planet in waves of light and expansion, leaving little behind but a tooth or two, some hair, and other almost unnoticeable mini bits.
As the changes on our planet heighten and the crush between controlling interests amps up, it is wonderfully freeing to imagine releasing so many ancient subconscious programs so that our transition, when it is time, can be made with ease, grace, and enthusiasm for the boundless possibilities of freed consciousness. Conceivably this new reality would contain a kind of life in which people and spirit souls could express who they truly are without feeling the need to compete. Hmmmmmm…
