Paradigm shifters presents Rachel Van Dessel – Part 2 on Tibetan Spiritual wisdom. I asked Rachel to come on with us again to talk more about death and phowa, which is what she refers to as “death assurance”. The art of phowa is the art of moving the life force consciousness up and out of a person so that they can enter the next realm with clarity and clear mindedness. It ensures that we won’t find ourselves in a land between, a place which is a pool of old thoughts and feelings, fears, and incomplete emotions. Together we discuss how learning to enter the clear land in our minds through meditation and clearing is crucial.
