Paradigm Shifters presents: Rachel Van Dessel, a teacher of Tibetan philosophy, an artist of painting and dance, is my guest on Paradigm Shifters this week. She brings you three powerful tools of consciousness, 1. Dance to embody the essence of great Tibetan goddesses 2. Qi Gong, an ancient system of movements for energizing healing and consciousness, and 3.  Phowa, a Tibetan tool for dying (a.k.a death insurance!). They teach that once a person consciously chooses a certain level of afterlife, they can then move consciously through or past the pools of emotions that would normally hold them back during the time immediately after death.

Many of the Tibetan and other eastern mystical traditions, teach how to die and for so many of us, the art of choosing soul levels to be unhooking from karma, is incredibly important.
