My Guides and I are holding compassionate space for each of you as we (you, myself, and my guides) explore the process of reconnecting with your authentic self. Together we will discover what your unique purpose and gifts and how, through a balancing of the feminine and masculine, you can move forward in a vibrantly powerful integrated direction. Learn how to let your radiance shine!
Each 60 minute workshop will utilize a variety of methods to help each of you find and release your AUTHENTIC SELF including:
- guided meditation
- breath work
- energy work
- visualization exercises
- and more!
Also included is the opportunity after each workshop to email me questions, observations, and revelations which I will address either privately or, for educational purposes, during subsequent workshops.
Week 1 |The Rising Feminine
The feminine is on the rise, balancing out the patriarchy. And yet, the stress between women in the workplace, or between mothers and daughters is still lethal. Let’s train ourselves to recognize and release our old socially induced programs.
Week 2 | Balancing the Masculine With the Feminine
The dance between the masculine and feminine, in power, in relationship to one another, in the family structure, and the trust we have in it of needs to evolve in each of us. Together we will access our inner inherited programs and rearrange them for greater empowerment so that we may lead this dance instead of the other way around.
Week 3 | Awaken Your Authentic Self
With the awakening of your authentic self and a balancing of the Masculine and Feminine, how do you experience your own personal power? What can you do to awaken that power within and harness it with integrity to reveal your gifts to the world?
